I found the staff very friendly at check-in! the location allowed me to easily explore williamsburg. snagging a reservation for laser wolf was definitely worth it. I enjoyed the views and food.
the lobby often seemed like a co-working space, with limited seating, it was not ideal.

underwhelming stay , overpriced for what it is
poor noise insulation cold floors
the location was good , near some cafes and shops.
the noise insulation was poor , i could clearly hear people in the hallway all night. the cold floors were a nuisance, especially when walking around the room barefoot.

the cozy manhattan view room had large, comfy beds. the compact space was used effectively. i appreciated the fantastic location, close to many food options. the food options were AMAZING!!!
My room was a bit miniature. Opening my suitcases proved challenging.
